FAQ & Troubleshooting

The control panel shows the license screen even though the app is running

The panel (atb.dalga.dev) must reach the app on localhost:7007. Make sure the app is running, port 7007 isn't taken, and your browser allows the site to access your local network (Chrome shows a "local network access" permission prompt — allow it, or enable Insecure content: Allow for the site in the browser's site settings).

The installer does nothing on my VPS

Some virtual servers block certain installers — see the group-policy fix in Installation.

My campaign says "skipped – Because of CTR % settings"

That's expected behavior, not an error: your Clicking Chance (CTR) is below 100%, and this session rolled a no-click. The session still searched and browsed the results.

"Browser launch failed"

Usually a resource or component problem: check free RAM/disk on the Settings page, lower the thread count, and apply pending updates in the Update Center (the browser components update independently of the app).

Analytics doesn't count my visitors

If Block Resources is blocking images, some analytics tools miscount — unblock images, or blockonly videos. Also give sessions a realistic duration (Delay on the main webpage).

The schedule didn't start my campaign

Schedules only limit when a running campaign may send traffic — they don't start campaigns. Start the campaign and let the schedule gate it. See Scheduling.

How many threads can I run?

Roughly 5–10 per free CPU core, RAM permitting. The app computes a Max Threads Capacity for your machine (Settings page), and AutoPilot can manage the count automatically.

Visitors aren't unique / my IP isn't changing

Check the connection setup: with None, all visitors share your real IP. With VPN/PPPoE/phone modes, remember the whole machine shares one IP at a time. With proxies, test them (Test Proxy) and consider the Ping Filter.

How do I move everything to a new computer?

Export campaigns (Import & Export) for settings only — or copy <install dir>\DB\data.db for everything (profiles, accounts, logs). Then remove the old device from the license (Settings → License) and activate on the new machine.

Where do I get help?

The Help entry in the sidebar, the notification center for announcements, and the support links on dalga.dev.
